Mix developer with BlondMe Bond Enforcing powder using the appropriate ratio. Part the hair into sections. Apply to small sections of hair, avoiding the roots. Use a large quantity of product to ensure complete saturation. Rinse thoroughly.
Wash hair with BlondMe Keratin Restore Bonding Shampoo.
Apply the desired shade.
