Article 2. General information
2.1 Bradörf & Origa ships to all provinces and territories of Canada.
2.2 Cookies: Bradörf & Origa may use "cookie" files stored on the computers of customers who visit its website. In general, a "cookie" file records information relating to the navigation of the customer's computer, which Bradörf & Origa can read during subsequent visits by this customer. It contains the information that the customer has just provided to Bradörf & Origa. These cookies are also intended to enable Bradörf & Origa to collect information on website traffic and to establish commercial statistics.
The visitor has the right to oppose the recording of "cookies" by configuring his browser. When ordering on the website, the customer is informed of the availability of the items ordered. Where appropriate, the customer has the option of being informed of the replenishment via an email alert or by telephone within 24 to 48 hours on working days.
2.4 Pricing: The prices of items sold on the Bradörf & Origa website are shown plus tax. The prices do not take into account the shipping costs, which are indicated to the customer when registering his order (see Article 5. Shipping). From a minimum purchase amount, which Bradörf & Origa defines and reserves the right to change at any time and without notice, the customer benefits from free delivery. Invoicing is carried out according to the rates in effect at the time of validation of the order by the customer. Any customs duties or local taxes are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Article 3. Order
3.1 Preparation of orders: Bradörf & Origa undertakes to make every effort to deliver to you as soon as possible. Order validation is the process that triggers the preparation of the package for shipment.
3.2 The order is validated the same day (except Saturday and Sunday = validation Monday / and public holidays = validation the next working day) or the following day. The preparation of the package begins following the validation of the order.
3.3 In the event of a mismatch in the information provided, your file may be placed under investigation. Due to increases in cases of fraud, our internal policy requires further verification before sending packages. This means that Bradörf & Origa reserves the right to suspend the order during the checks. This may cause additional delay in sending the order.
3.4 The customer will be able to follow the delivery of his parcel directly on the Canada Post site thanks to the tracking number which will be communicated to him in the email informing him of the dispatch of his parcel.
3.5 Prices displayed online may differ from in-store prices.
3.6 Bradörf & Origa reserves the right to cancel an order which contains an inaccuracy due to a technical bug or an error.
3.7 In the event of a discrepancy between an advertised promotion and that applied to the basket, Bradörf & Origa reserves the right to revise orders and make cancellations without notice where applicable.
Article 4. Secure payment
4.1 Method of payment: Payment by credit card is a simple, fast and secure way to buy online. We accept Master Card, Visa or PayPal. Bradörf & Origa's website is encrypted and protected ensuring that your data remains secure and private.
4.2 Payment for purchases is made only by credit card. The total amount of the order will be debited immediately after validation on the website.
4.3 In the event of a dispute or refusal of payment by officially accredited banking organizations, Bradörf & Origa reserves the right to suspend or cancel delivery of the order, as well as to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is an ongoing dispute relating to the payment or return of an order. The transfer of ownership of products sold on the Bradörf & Origa website takes place upon full payment of the order. Until the items have been paid for in full by the customer, they remain the property of Bradörf & Origa. A detailed invoice will be emailed to the customer after they have placed their order. Invoices remain printable from "my account" on the customer's personal page of the Bradörf & Origa site, as soon as the order is dispatched.
Article 5. Shipping / Delivery
5.1 Delivery to Canada is free for all orders exceeding the minimum purchase amount, which Bradörf & Origa defines and reserves the right to change at any time without notice. For orders under the minimum purchase amount, the shipping charge is $ 8.00 (price may vary by province). These correspond to the price list of the carrier selected according to the weight of the package and the destination (see table below). As soon as the package is shipped, the customer receives an email with the package reference, delivery address and delivery terms.
5.2 Delivery tracking: Your orders are shipped by Canada Post. At any time, thanks to the tracking number communicated by Bradörf & Origa, you can follow the progress of your package by visiting the Canada Post site.
5.3 If you are absent during the delivery, please check whether your package has been left in your letter box or PO box. Otherwise, you will find a ticket inviting you to pick up your package at a nearby post office. From the date mentioned on the notice, you have 15 days to collect your package. After this period, it will be automatically returned to its sender.
5.4 Delivery times are 1 to 3 working days in Quebec and 3 to 9 days everywhere else in Canada. Some web articles may take longer to deliver.
5.5 Pick up in store from one of our points of sale is free of charge. The customer is notified by phone or email as soon as the package is available for pickup in the store. The customer has 14 days to collect his parcel, which will be returned to him on presentation of an identity document. After this period, the customer is contacted by phone or email. Bradörf & Origa reserves the right to keep the package.

5.6 Delivery delay or loss of packages: Any order not received at the address indicated by the customer 30 days after shipment is considered lost. In this case, if Canada Post contacts you, please respond to their request in order to expedite the investigation. Bradörf & Origa undertakes to reship the order to the customer within 10 working days, subject to the availability of items, or to refund all or part of sold out items.
5.7 If the package is returned by post with the words "unclaimed", "does not live at the address given" etc., Bradörf & Origa will inform the customer concerned by email or telephone. In this case, the package may be returned to the customer following his agreement and after payment of the redirection costs. If the package is returned by post after the 15 day deadline, Bradörf & Origa reserves the right to keep it. This retention does not give rise to any right of exchange, reimbursement of delivery costs or any compensation.
5.8 Business days: All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Article 6. Returns, refunds and replacements
6.1 We hope you are satisfied with all the products and tools you purchase from Bradörf & Origa. Where applicable, we accept exchanges or returns within 14 working days of the date of receipt of the package on TOOLS ONLY (consumable products are not exchangeable, returnable or refundable) provided the following conditions are met:
Item has not been used
It is kept in its original packaging and it must be intact (No postage sticker must be stuck on it)
The receipt of the transaction or your contact details are MANDATORY
The reason for the exchange or refund is valid and verifiable.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Bradörf & Origa, call customer service at 1 (819) 604-9595 (Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time) to let us know. You must return your purchase to us at your expense in the original packaging, upon receipt of your package, and following an inspection, we will refund your purchase (less shipping costs) only if the item is functional and in good condition. In all cases, returned tools must be in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and the item must not be damaged. Tests will be performed upon return to our shipping center prior to reimbursement. The return costs will have to be borne by you. Consumable products are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
Purchases paid by PayPal: Refunds are possible online only and will be credited directly to your PayPal account.
Our exchange and refund policy does not apply to purchases made in the LIQUIDATION section as well as to any other merchandise other than tools.
Exchange policy for defective tools: 1 year warranty or more (see your invoice or on the website for reference)
We will not reimburse shipping costs for tools that you return on a voluntary basis.
It will not be possible to refund, exchange or credit tools that are not accompanied by their original packaging, a receipt and are not verifiable in our system. Items returned without a receipt but detected by our system will be processed according to Bradörf & Origa's refund and exchange policy.
In the event that we have made a mistake with your order, please know that we are very sorry and please let us know by email at email@example.com.
6.2 Please note that we bear the shipping costs for returning a product only in the event that:
-We sent the wrong product or the product would be defective.
6.3 For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return to us via Canada Post. Returns can be sent to: Bradörf & Origa - 985 local 2 Boul. Pierre-Roux Est, Victoriaville, QC, G6T 1T8, Canada. Telephone: 1 (819) 604-9595. Return costs are non-refundable.
Follow these steps to return items by Canada Post:
Step 1: Return the tool to us in its original packaging with an explanatory note, your contact details and your order number for reference at a post office near you. Be sure to update the contact details as needed.
Step 2: Wrap the package so as not to damage the tool as well as the original box and no post stickers should be stuck on it.
Step 3: Don't forget to ask La Poste to provide you with an invoice for your shipment. This will serve as proof of shipment until receipt of your replacement or refund.
You are responsible for any item accepted and subsequently returned until it arrives at our warehouse.
6.4 If your package is damaged upon receipt and its contents are unusable, we ask that you notify us immediately at 1 (819) 604-9595 (Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time). The shipping company will be notified immediately and Bradörf & Origa will be happy to replace damaged products. We kindly ask you to provide us with photos of the damaged package.
6.5 A defective article will be replaced free of charge by Bradörf & Origa, provided that it is returned to us in its original packaging, accompanied by the invoice, as long as it is still covered by its warranty (see invoice or website as a reference). In the event that the tool is defective and the warranty is still valid, contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon receipt of it at the shipping center, we will note the defect and proceed with an immediate exchange if the tool is indeed defective, with the exception of twisted, broken or poor maintenance wires. If there is no problem with the item, or the warranty is not honored, a shipping fee will be charged to the customer so that the package can be returned.
6.6 Qualifying transactions can only be processed in Canadian dollars and we must apply any legally required federal and provincial taxes. We cannot make any adjustment related to the valuation of currencies.
6.7 Return of in-store purchases (valid on tools only, no consumable products are exchangeable, returnable or refundable): Returns or exchanges for purchases made in a Bradörf & Origa retail store or in other points of sale cannot be returned to Bradörf & Origa. If the item you want to return was not purchased on the Bradörf & Origa website, we recommend that you come to the place of purchase for any complaints or refunds. For purchases made in any of Bradörf & Origa's stores, returns must be received within 7 days of the date of in-store purchase. If you cannot return to the place of purchase within the expected time frame, please contact our customer service department at 1 (819) 604-9595 (Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST ). Our exchange and refund policy does not apply to purchases made in the LIQUIDATION section as well as to any other merchandise other than tools.
6.8 Returns of online purchases: We accept exchanges or returns within 14 working days of the date of receipt of the package, on TOOLS ONLY. Consumable products are not exchangeable, returnable or refundable. Tools purchased online must be returned in the original packaging, along with an explanatory note, your contact information and order number as a reference. Upon receipt of your package and following an inspection, we will exchange or refund your purchase less a delivery charge of $ 8 only if the tool is functional. Refunds will be processed in the same currency as your original purchase. All applicable taxes legally required will be included. For returns by Canada Post, be sure to enter all the information. It may take up to 30 days to process the Canada Post return and credit your account. We will notify you by email as soon as your return is processed. When returning online purchases by post or in-store, please note that it will likely take your bank about five working days to credit you with any amount. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you have any questions about returns, contact customer service.
6.9 Returns must be received within 7 days of the date of in-store purchase and within 14 days of the date of receipt of the package for online purchases.
6.10 Items shipped to Bradörf & Origa outside the return periods may not be refunded or returned to you.
6.11 To benefit from the supplier's warranty on hairdressing tools, the item must be returned to Bradörf & Origa so that we can return it to the company providing the warranty.
6.12 Note that all returns are subject to validation and approval by Bradörf & Origa. Bradörf & Origa reserves the right to limit or refuse a return. Bradörf & Origa will respect any possible additional right of return in accordance with applicable provincial laws, including any right of refund in connection with purchases made on Bradörf & Origa.
6.13 Bradörf & Origa merchandise credits and gift cards do not have an expiration date and cannot be exchanged for cash (other than as provided by law), reloaded, transferred to other people, or sold. In the event of loss or theft, we are unable to replace them.
6.14 Pricing error: We are obligated to sell the item to you at the price stated on the item, never at a higher price.

Article 8. Product conformity
8.1 Product conformity: Any item whose failure is not the result of improper use, improper handling or modification of characteristics on the part of the user is considered to be defective. If the failure of the item is attributable to its user, the item will not be exchanged. In the event that the defect is recognized by the manufacturer, Bradörf & Origa undertakes to exchange the defective item if it is still covered by the warranty.
8.2 All exchange requests related to a defective item must include a precise and complete description of the defect affecting the product. Bradörf & Origa reserves the right to reverse its decision to accept an exchange if it turns out that the customer's description of the defect does not match the findings made during the return inspection of the item.
8.3 The defective item must be returned in the original packaging with an explanatory note, your contact details, your order number as a reference, together with the defective and / or damaged parts and any accessories.
8.4 In the event of a delivery problem and in particular of deterioration of the ordered, broken or leaked products, the customer has 48 hours from receipt of the package (delivery time) to inform Bradörf & Origa by mail. electronic with supporting photo. The customer will then be able to benefit from the exchange conditions.
Article 9. Right of cancellation
9.1 Right of cancellation: the consumer can cancel his order without having to justify himself or pay penalties as long as it has not left the warehouse of Bradörf & Origa. If the order has already left the warehouse, the customer has 14 days to request a refund and return the package to us (applicable on tools only). The refund will be made to the customer for the amount of the purchase less delivery costs. Upon receipt of your package and following an inspection, we will proceed with the refund only if the tool is functional.
9.2 In the event of a discrepancy between the returned items and the attached invoice, Bradörf & Origa will not issue any refund.
Article 10. Product warranty
10.1 Product guarantee: the guarantees attached to the items offered for sale on the website are presented on the descriptive sheets in the technical characteristics, and correspond to the guarantees granted by the suppliers. They vary from 1 year to 4 years depending on the supplier and only cover manufacturing defects.
10.2 When the customer notices a defect in the operation of his device (defect liable to be covered by a guarantee and within its time limit), he must notify customer service by email at the following address: info @ bradorf-origa.com explaining as precisely as possible the defect found. The customer will then be informed if this defect is covered by the warranty. If so, the customer must return the item in the original packaging with an explanatory note, contact details, order number as a reference and accompanied by any accessories.
Upon receipt, if there is any inconsistency between the problem noted by Bradörf & Origa and the customer's statements, the store reserves the right not to exchange it. If, however, the customer wishes to recover his damaged or defective item, he can request it by email. The cost of redirection will be the responsibility of the customer. If it turns out that the item is indeed defective and covered by a warranty, Bradörf & Origa will reship the item at its expense to the address specified by the customer.
10.3 If the warranty period has expired or if the item is not covered, there is unfortunately nothing Bradörf & Origa can do.
10.4 The guarantees only cover manufacturing defects. Problems related to shocks or improper use of the device are not covered by any warranty. Mower cutting heads, scissors and paint on equipment are not guaranteed.
10.5 Equipment maintenance:
Mower: lack of maintenance causes 80% of repairs. Regular cleaning and oiling of the mowers is essential. If the cutting head cannot be dismantled, it must not be dismantled. If it is removable, to clean the mower properly, disassemble the cutting head, remove the hair and reassemble everything. Pay attention to the positions which must be engaged in order to facilitate disassembly. Lubricate the running mower with synthetic oil once a day for professionals and each use for individuals.
Hair dryer: when removable, clean the rear filter frequently to ensure a long life for the hair dryer.
Straighteners: there is no maintenance required on straighteners. It is imperative not to use any product on the plates! Wipe the plates with a dry microfiber cloth if necessary.
Scissors: maintenance must be carried out by a sharpening specialist (knife maker).
10.6 AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Material warranty: The tools delivered are guaranteed by the manufacturer only if they are defective. The warranty period varies depending on the manufacturer.

11.1 Bradörf & Origa cannot be held liable for any damage of any kind that may result from improper use of the products or tools.
