2.1 Bradörf & Origa ships to all Canadian provinces and territories.

2.2 Cookies: Bradörf & Origa may use "cookie" files stored on the computers of customers visiting its website. Generally, a "cookie" file records information relating to the navigation of the customer's computer, which Bradörf & Origa can read during subsequent visits by this customer. It contains the information that the customer has just provided to Bradörf & Origa. These cookies are also intended to allow Bradörf & Origa to collect information on the use of the website and to establish commercial statistics.

2.4 Pricing: The prices of items sold on the Bradörf & Origa website are shown without taxes. The prices do not take into account the shipping costs, which are indicated to the customer when registering the order (see Article 5. Shipping). From a minimum purchase amount, which Bradörf & Origa defines and reserves the right to modify at any time and without notice, the customer benefits from free delivery. Billing is carried out according to the rates in force at the time of validation of the order by the customer. Any customs duties or local taxes are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Article 3. Orders

3.1 Preparation of orders: Bradörf & Origa undertakes everything in its power to deliver to you as soon as possible. The validation of the order is the process that triggers the preparation of the package for shipment.

3.2 The order is validated on the same day (except Saturday and Sunday = validation on Monday / and public holidays = validation on the next working day) or the following day. The preparation of the package begins after the validation of the order.

3.3 In the event of a misinformation transmitted, your file may be placed under investigation. Due to increases in fraud cases, our internal policy requires further checks before sending parcels. This means that Bradörf & Origa reserves the right to suspend the order during investigation. This may cause an additional delay in sending the order.

3.4 The customer will be able to follow the status of their package directly on the Canada Post site thanks to the tracking number which will be communicated via email informing them of the shipment of their package.

3.5 The prices displayed online may differ from the prices in store.

3.6 Bradörf & Origa reserves the right to cancel an order which would contain an inaccuracy linked to a technical bug or an error.

3.7 In the event of a disparity between a promotion advertised and the item applied to the basket, Bradörf & Origa reserves the right to revise orders and make cancellations without notice if necessary.

Article 4. Payments

4.1 Method of payment: Payment by bank card is a simple, fast and secure way to buy online. We accept Master Card, Visa or PayPal. The Bradörf & Origa website is encrypted and protected, guaranteeing that your data remains secure and private.

4.2 Payment for purchases is made only by bank card or Paypal. The total amount of the order will be debited immediately after validation on the website.

4.3 In the event of a dispute or refusal to pay by officially accredited banking organizations, Bradörf & Origa reserves the right to suspend or cancel the delivery of the order, as well as to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a litigation in progress, relating to the payment or the return of an order. The transfer of ownership of the products sold on the Bradörf & Origa website takes place at the time of full payment of the order. As long as the items has not been paid for in full by the customer, they remain the property of Bradörf & Origa. A detailed invoice will be emailed to the customer after the customer has placed their order. Invoices remain printable from "my account" on the personal page of the customer oo the COIFFURE à RABAIS site, as soon as the order is shipped.

Article 5. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

5.1 We hope that all the products and tools you buy from Bradörf & Origa give you complete satisfaction. If not, we accept exchanges or returns during the 14 working days following the date of receipt of the package on TOOLS ONLY (consumable products are not exchangeable, returnable or refundable) provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The item has not been used
  • It is kept in its original packaging and it must be intact (No post sticker should be stuck on it)
  • The receipt of the transaction or your contact details are MANDATORY
  • The reason for the exchange or refund is valid and verifiable.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase on Bradörf & Origa, call customer service at 1 (819) 604-9595 (Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST) to let us know. You must return your purchase to us at your expense in the original packaging, upon receipt of your package, and following an inspection, we will refund your purchase (less shipping costs) only if the item is functional and in good condition. In all cases, the returned tools must be in their original packaging, fitted with all accessories and the item must not be damaged. Tests will be performed upon return to our shipping center before refund. The return costs must be borne by you. Consumable products are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.

*IMPORTANT :

  • Purchases paid by PayPal: Reimbursement is possible online only and will be credited directly to your PayPal account.
  • Our exchange and refund policy does not apply to purchases made in the LIQUIDATION section as well as on all other goods besides tools.
  • Exchange policy for defective tools: warranty 1 year or more (see your invoice or on the site for reference)
  • We will not reimburse the shipping costs for tools that you return on a voluntary basis.
  • It will not be possible to refund, exchange or credit tools not accompanied by their original packaging, a receipt and not verifiable in our system. Items returned without receipt but detected by our system will be processed according to the Bradörf & Origa refund and exchange policy.
  • If we made a mistake in your order, please know that we are very sorry and let us know via email at info@bradorforiga.com.

5.2 Please note that we assume the shipping costs to return a product only if:

  • We sent an incorrect product or the product is defective.

5.3 For your protection and to ensure rapid delivery, we recommend that you send us your return via Canada Post. Returns can be sent to: Bradörf & Origa - 985 local 2 Boul. Pierre-Roux E, Victoriaville, QC, G6T 1T8, Canada. Phone: 1 (819) 604-9595. Return costs are not refundable.

Follow these steps to return items by Canada Post:

  1. Return the tool to us in its original packaging with an explanatory note, your contact details and your order number as a reference at a post office near you. Be sure to update the contact details if necessary.
  2. Pack the package so as not to damage the tool as well as the original box and no postal sticker should be stuck on it.
  3. Don't forget to ask the Post Office to provide you with an invoice for your shipment. This will serve as proof of shipment until receipt of your replacement or refund.

You are responsible for all accepted and returned items until they reach our warehouse.

5.4 If your package is damaged upon receipt and its content are unusable, we ask that you immediately notify us at 1 (819) 604-9595 (Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST). The shipping company will be immediately notified and Bradörf & Origa will be happy to replace damaged products. We kindly ask you to provide us with photos of the damaged package.

5.5 A defective item will be replaced free of charge by Bradörf & Origa provided that it is returned to us in its original packaging, accompanied by the invoice, as long as it is still covered by its warranty (see invoice or website as a reference). In case the tool is defective and the warranty is still valid, contact us by email at info@bradorforiga.com. Upon receipt of it at the shipping center, we will test the item for defect and proceed for immediate exchange if the tool is indeed defective except for twisted, broken or poorly maintained wires. If there is no problem with the item, or the warranty is not honored, shipping costs will be charged to the customer so that we may return the package.

5.6 Eligible transactions can only be processed in Canadian dollars and we must apply all legally required federal and provincial taxes. We cannot make any adjustment linked to the valuation of currencies.

5.7 Return of purchases in store (valid on tools only, no consumable product is exchangeable, returnable or refundable): Returns or exchanges for purchases made in a retail store of Bradörf & Origa or in other points of sale cannot be returned to Bradörf & Origa. If the item you want to return has not been purchased on the Bradörf & Origa site, we recommend that you present yourself at the place of purchase for any claim or refund. For purchases made in one of Bradörf & Origa's stores, returns must be received within 7 days of the date of purchase in store. If you are unable to return to the place of purchase on time, please contact our customer service at 1 (819) 604-9595 (Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST) ). Our exchange and refund policy does not apply to purchases made in the LIQUIDATION section as well as all other goods other than tools.

5.8 Returns from online purchases: We accept exchanges or returns during the 14 working days following the date of receipt of the package, ON TOOLS ONLY. Consumable products are not exchangeable, returnable or refundable. Tools purchased online must be returned in the original packaging, accompanied by an explanatory note, your contact details and your order number as a reference. Upon receipt of your package and following an inspection, we will exchange or refund your purchase less a fee of $ 8 for delivery only if the tool is functional. Refunds will be processed in the same currency as your original purchase. All legally required applicable taxes will be included. For returns by Canada Post, be sure to enter all the information. It may take up to 30 days to process the return by Canada Post and credit your account. We will notify you by email as soon as your return is processed. When returning online purchases by post or in store, please note that your bank will probably take around five working days to credit you with the refund. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. For questions about returns, contact customer service.

5.9 Returns must be received within 7 days of the store purchase date and within 14 days of the receipt of the package for online purchases.

5.10 Items sent to Bradörf & Origa outside of the return periods may not be refunded or returned to you.

5.11 To benefit from the supplier's warranty on hairdressing tools, the item must be returned to Bradörf & Origa so that we can hand it over to the company providing the warranty.

5.12 Please note that all returns are subject to validation and approval by Bradörf & Origa. Bradörf & Origa reserves the right to limit or refuse a return. Bradörf & Origa will respect any additional right of return in accordance with applicable provincial laws, including any right of reimbursement related to purchases made at Bradörf & Origa.

5.13 Bradörf & Origa merchandise credits and gift cards have no expiration date and cannot be exchanged for money (other than as provided by law), recharged, transferred to other people, or sold. In the event of loss or theft, we are unable to replace them.

5.14 Price error: We are obliged to sell you the item at the price indicated on the item, never at a higher price.

Article 7. Product Compliance

7.1 Product conformity: Any item which the defect does not result from misuse, improper handling or a modification of the characteristics by the user is considered to be defective. If the defect of the item is attributable to its user, the item will not be exchanged. In the event that the defect is recognized by the manufacturer, Bradörf & Origa agrees to exchange the defective item if it is still covered by the warranty.

7.2 All exchange requests related to a defective item must include a precise and complete description of the defect affecting the product. Bradörf & Origa reserves the right to reverse its decision to accept an exchange if it turns out that the description of the defect made by the customer does not correspond to the observations made during the return control of the item.

7.3 The defective item must be returned in the original packaging with an explanatory note, your contact details, your order number as a reference accompanied by the defective and / or damaged parts and any accessories.

7.4 In the event of a delivery problem and in particular deterioration of an ordered, broken or leaked products, the customer has 48 hours from receipt of the package (delivery time) to notify Bradörf & Origa by email with supporting photos. The customer can then receive a product exchange.

Article 8. Right of Cancellation

8.1 Right of cancellation: the consumer can cancel his order without having to justify himself, or to pay penalties as long as it has not left the Bradörf & Origa warehouse . If the order has already left the warehouse, the customer has 14 days to request a refund and return the package to us (applicable on tools only). The refund will be reimbursed to the customer for the amount of the purchase minus the delivery costs. Upon receipt of your package and following an inspection, we will refund only if the tool is functional.

8.2 In the event of a discrepancy between the returned items and the attached invoice, Bradörf & Origa will not issue any refund.

Article 9. Product Warranty

9.1 Product warranty: the warranty for items offered for sale on the website are presented on the descriptive sheets in the technical characteristics, and correspond to the warranty offered by the suppliers. They vary from 1 year to 4 years depending on the supplier and only cover manufacturing defects.

9.2 When a customer finds a defect in the operation of a tool (defect likely to be covered by a warranty and within its duration limit), you must notify customer service by email at the following address: info@coiffurearabais.com by explaining the defect as precisely as possible. The customer will then be informed if this defect is covered by the warranty. If so, the customer must return the item in the original packaging with an explanatory note, the contact details, the order number as a reference and accompanied by any accessories.
Upon reception, if there is an inconsistency between the problem noted by Bradörf & Origa and the customer's statements, the store reserves the right not to exchange it. If the customer nevertheless wishes to recover his damaged or defective article, he can request it by email. The costs of reshipment will be borne by the customer. If it turns out that the item is actually defective and covered by a warranty, Bradörf & Origa will return the item at its expense to the address indicated by the customer.

9.3 If the warranty period is exceeded or if the item is not covered, Bradörf & Origa can unfortunately neither exchange or reimburse items.

9.4 The warranty only cover manufacturing defects. Problems related to impact or improper use of the device are not covered. Mower cutting heads, scissors, and paint on items is not guaranteed.

9.5 Device maintenance:
Clippers: lack of maintenance causes 80% of repairs. It is imperative to clean and oil clippers regularly. If the cutting head cannot be dismantled, DO NOT dismantle it. If it is removable, properly clean the clipper, disassemble the cutting head, remove the hair and reassemble everything. Pay attention to the details in order to facilitate assembly. Lubricate the running mower with synthetic oil once a day for professionals and each use for individuals.
Hair dryer: when it is removable, frequently clean the rear filter to guarantee a long life for the hair dryer.
Straighteners: there is no maintenance required on straighteners. It is imperative not to use any product on the plates! Wipe the plates with a dry microfiber cloth if necessary.
Scissors: maintenance must be carried out by a sharpening specialist (cutler).

9.6 AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Material warranty: The tools delivered are guaranteed by the manufacturer only if they are defective. The warranty period varies depending on the manufacturer.

10.1 Bradörf & Origa can under no circumstances be held liable for damages of any kind that may result from the improper use of products or tools.

10.2 In order to avoid all allergic reactions, injuries and all other inconveniences, please follow the instructions for use of all the products and accessories available on the Bradörf & Origa website and in stores correctly. * Please perform a preliminary test before use, because Bradörf & Origa is not responsible for the results obtained. *
